How to use our Shopping Cart

To add an item to the shopping cart, enter the desired quantity in the box and click the add to cart button (found on product listing and product detail pages).
To remove or change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, navigate to the shopping cart page and enter the desired quantity for each part in the column titled "Qty" (Enter "0" if you wish to remove the item from the shopping cart), then click the "Update Your Cart" button.
When you are ready to complete the purchase, click the "Begin Checkout" Button to start the checkout process, and follow the prompts.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Discover, MasterCard, Visa or PayPal. If you want to pay with a check or money order, you will need to call us to place your order. The order will not ship until all funds have cleared.


Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will NEVER sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use the information that you provide us to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, (For example, to providing address information to a freight company to ship your order).


Q: Is it safe to enter my private information on your website?

A: All private information that you enter on our website is submitted to us encrypted with industry standard 256-bit SSL. If our website software detects that the page you are on is not secure, it will not allow you to continue.


Q: Do you offer quantity discounts

A: Yes, if you are interested in purchasing a quantity of a particular item, call or email us and we may be able to offer a discount. Some items listed on our website have the available quantity discount levels displayed in the description. However, these discounts will not be reflected when checking out online but will automatically be applied and credited to your payment method once the order is processed.


Q: Do you offer dealer/reseller discounts or open accounts?

A: No, we do not currently offer any dealer or reseller buying programs, or open account terms.


Part Number Search Tips

Special instructions when searching by part number:
When searching for HOMELITE part numbers, do not use dashes or spaces in the part number, and we recommend dropping any leading or trailing letters.
Example: If searching for part number A-12345-B, enter it in the search box as 12345 or A12345B

When searching for DOLMAR/MAKITA part numbers, do not use dashes or spaces in the part numbers.
Example: 123123123

When searching for SHINDAIWA part numbers, you MUST enter the part numbers exactly as they are shown on the illustrated parts list (with dashes).
Example: 12345-12345


Return Information

Call 716-595-3206 to obtain a return authorization number. All returned goods must be in unused, resaleable condition with original packaging/documentation. Returns not received within 30 days from the date you receive the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any returns on electrical items (coils, modules etc) that have been installed on a machine.


Free or discounted shipping policy on orders over $100

We offer free standard shipping (by a carrier of our choice) on orders of $100 and over, with exceptions:
- Free shipping is only valid for USA addresses, including all territories
- Free shipping weight limit is 15lbs, see below
- Overweight/Oversize policy: If your order weighs over 15 lbs or exceeds certain dimensions, we will contact you with a shipping estimate: if the order total is UNDER $250 and weighs more than 15lbs, we will cover 25% of the freight and you will be billed for the remainder. If the order total is OVER $250 and weighs more than 15lbs, we will cover 50% of the freight cost and you will be billed for the remainder.
- No international orders qualify for free shipping

Standard shipping policy for orders under $100

Our standard shipping policy is simple. On an order with a total under $50.00 you will pay $5.95 for shipping. Order totals of $50.00-$99.99 will be charged $7.95 for shipping. There are no hidden fees or charges. Special services (i.e. signature confirmation or Registered Mail) are available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use? Can you ship to a PO Box?

A: We ship primarily via the United States Postal Service (USPS) so PO Box numbers are welcome. Large packages or packages weighing over 5lbs may be shipped via UPS or FEDEX depending on your location. If you only have a PO Box on file with us, we will contact you for a physical address. However, we recommend if you are using a PO Box as a shipping address, that you also enter your street address when ordering. This will eliminate any delays when shipping.

Q: Can you ship my order overnight or expedited?

A: In most cases, yes. You will be charged for the actual shipping cost. We recommend you place the order by phone if you need expedited shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship and have shipped to countries all over the world. However, for ALL international orders, the shipping cost will not be applied to the order until the order is processed. If you need a shipping quote before ordering, please send us an email with the part numbers and quantities requested and we will respond with a freight estimate. Otherwise, after placing an order online you will be contacted with a shipping quote. For non-USA addresses we ship exclusively USPS First Class International, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International depending on order weight or urgency.

Q: Is everything listed on your website in stock?

A: No, although we have thousands of items in stock, we do not stock everything. You can check current availability by viewing the part description or adding the part to the shopping cart. If you need a part immediately and we do not have it in stock, we may be able to have it drop-shipped directly to you from one of our suppliers. (You will need to place the order by phone). Please note that standard shipping rates do not apply for drop-shipments...you will be billed the actual freight cost. However, you may order any part that is not in stock and it will ship on a normal cycle- usually in 5-10 business days.

Q: What do the part statuses in the shopping cart and/or part description mean?

A: Here is an explanation of the different statuses you will see:
- (quantity) Available: Indicates the number of this part that we currently have in stock. If everything on your order is in-stock, the order will generally ship the same or next business day. Stock count is updated several times per day.
- Out of Stock: We do not currently have this item in stock, however you may still order it. Your order will generally ship in 5-10 business days (usually sooner).
- Backordered: Item is on factory backorder, however you may still place the order and it will ship as soon as we receive the item back into stock. Please note that we have no control over how long it takes for factory backorders to arrive. Generally, it can take several weeks, in extreme cases several months. Please call us with the part number and we may be able to give you a delivery estimate.
- No Longer Available: This item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we no longer have any in stock and it is not available to order.

Q: Why does a part say "Replaced by (part number)"? Will I still get the correct part?

A: Manufacturers will occasionally change the number of a part. The replacement number is the correct number and is a manufacturer authorized substitution unless otherwise noted.
